Clouds continue to dominate the skies over Greater Manchester today (Friday 13 May) but brighter weather - and higher temperatures topping 20C - are just around the corner.
Friday the 13th might be unlucky for some, but conditions will remain dry and pleasant across our region. The clouds will break up eventually, bringing warm, sunny intervals throughout the day, with highs of 18C.
It will remain dry into the evening, but will turn 'chilly in the countryside' with a minimum temperature of 4C overnight, according to the Met Office.
Mancunians can expect to wake up to a glorious day on Saturday, with periods of uninterrupted sunshine, and some sunny intervals, forecast throughout the whole day.
