While the weather across Greater Manchester has been somewhat sporadic, the sun will begin to make more of an appearance accompanied by higher temperatures.
Mancunians will wake up to a bit of sunshine this morning before clouds begin to take over the sky. However, this doesn't mean temperatures won't remain very warm throughout the day, peaking at 16C for the whole of the afternoon.
Fortunately, the weather will remain calm throughout the evening, meaning we get to avoid some of the nasty rain that has been making the rounds during the past few days.
According to the Met Office: "Heavy and possibly thundery showers in the south, at first, will soon clear.
