The car has been seized. Police tweeted: "#TrafficPCSO patrol located this vehicle in GMPSalford in Eccles tonight, on the same street where he had found a stolen vehicle last month.
Volvo was displaying cloned plates. #seized awaiting full ID examination." Meanwhile in Manchester City Centre drivers were stopped in vehicles in a dangerous condition with poor visibility.
