The cold snap continues across Greater Manchester today (November 22), with temperatures set to 'peak' at 3C - though the Met Office says it will feel more like 1C.
It comes at the end of a week which has seen temperatures plummet to the lowest we have seen all autumn, accompanied by heavy frost, ice and more than a sprinkling of snow.
Clear skies at night have meant temperatures falling to well below freezing through the small hours. Today is expected to be the last of the cold snap, with a mix of sun and cloud throughout the morning and some chance of showers.
