Greater Manchester café launches massive 34,000 full English breakfast challenge - with a catch
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA café in Bury has unveiled a massive breakfast challenge that includes 34 items. The 34,000 calorie meal by the Gusto Deli in Walshaw includes a plateful of sausages, fried eggs, black pudding, beans, mushrooms, bacon rashers and hash browns.
But the cafe has launched the challenge with a catch -the humongous meal has to be eaten just half an hour. Bosses say the idea behind it was from a friend who wanted the café to make a food challenge for them.
The meal in full includes four pieces of toasts, four hash browns, four fried fried eggs, four sausages, two pieces of fried bread, two pieces of spam and four bacon rashers.
