'Grease' Actor Eddie Deezen Found Not Competent to Stand Trial

Eddie Deezen is reportedly unable to stand trial on burglary, according to TMZ. In a commitment order obtained by the outlet, it states that the 65-year-old actor is undergoing treatment at the Maryland Department of Health, and will not be able to stand trial in his burglary and trespassing case due to a mental-health disorder.

Best known for his role in Grease, Eddie was charged with fourth-degree burglary, two counts of trespassing and one count of disturbing the peace after trespassing at a nursing home in April.

The order also states that Eddie is considered dangerous and poses a threat to himself and those around him.

At this time, Eddie will remain at the Maryland Department of Health until that is no longer the case, the order states.
