Actor Sean Arnold, known for his roles in Bergerac and as Mr. Llewelyn in Grange Hill has died at the age of 79 following a long-term illness.
Co-star of the 90s Jersey-set detective drama paid tribute to the star, who played Superintendent Barney Crozier, as it emerged the actor had passed.
Arnold, who also appeared in Grange Hill in the 1970s and 80s, died on 15 April at Lakeside Care Home in St Peter, with a member of his family confirming his death to ITV News.
According to the outlet, one of Arnold’s final wishes was for his ashes to be scattered between Beauport Bay in Jersey and in England.
