I want to get out but I can’t.”Ms Hume, who has lived in the house since the early 1990s, has multiple sclerosis and is looking for a bungalow for her and her Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bella.She also wants to live closer to her daughter and grandchildren.She has spent the last seven years trying to move out of her house in Halliford Road, Moston, but has not found anywhere suitable.Because of her disability, she requires the use of a mobility scooter to get around.
