Former Irish TV personality Grainne Seoige is speaking out about the harsh restrictions during the lockdown in South Africa.
The journalist explained to the Six O’Clock show hosts Ray Foley and Muireann O’Connell on Wednesday’s program that although things have eased it’s been difficult.
The Galway native told the pair that she was finally able to leave the house for something other than the essential. She was finally able to take her dog for a walk this week but was limited to between the hours of 6am and 9am. ‘For over 35 days before that you were not allowed to leave your house at all in South Africa unless you were getting medical attention or going for food,’ she said.
