Graham McTavish is back in Scotland and sharing his love for the capital ahead of a special event this weekend. The Glasgow born actor, 61, is set to appear at Edinburgh's Comic Con event at the Royal Highland Centre this weekend along with a whole host of other stars including Ewan McGregor.
McTavish, who now primarily resides in New Zealand, took to social media as he walked through the streets of Scotland's capital ahead of the event.
The Scots actor is set to have a full weekend meeting and greeting fans after starring in multiple popular franchises. McTavish is best known for his role as Dougal MacKenzie in Outlander and Dwalin in The Hobbit Trilogy, as well as his latest role as Ser Harrold Westerling in Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon.
The star filmed himself walking through one of his favourite parts of Edinburgh, Moray Place, as he ignored the rain to walk around 'one of the most beautiful places in the world'.
