Gordon Ramsay says he felt like he was left on the 'rubbish heap' after he was forced to end his Rangers FC dream following a horror knee injury.
The Michelin starred chef, 56, is best known now for his cooking career and TV empire with shows like Hell's Kitchen and Hotel Hell.
However, the Johnstone-born chef initially set his sights on a career in football and trialled at Rangers prior to a nasty knee injury.
Gordon previously told The Guardian how he first fell in love with the game. "My uncle Roland took me to my first game at Ibrox," he wrote. "I was seven and I went on his shoulders.
