Gordon Ramsay was unable to dress himself after his horror cycling accident, after which he said he was "lucky to be here". The 57-year-old chef was left severely bruised and in pain following a "really bad" smash on his bike in June in Connecticut.
At the time, he posted to his social media where he was seen lifting his chef's whites to show substantial purple bruising on his torso for which he required hospital treatment.
