Adil Ray was left helping out Kate Garraway during their live appearance together on Good Morning Britain as Kate joked she was suffering a 'crisis'.
The broadcasters were at the helm of the ITV news programme on Friday (June 21). Kate and Adil had just cut back to the studio from a story about the General Election as Kate appeared to be having a moment she hoped wouldn't appear in front of viewers' eyes.
She tried to carry on as normal as she said: "Well, thanks very much indeed..." She then tucked her hair behind her air as her voice became very high pitched and she added: "I was just having a hair crisis!" Kate held her hands up as she added: "I'm going to be honest." He grabbed hold of Kate's head as he said: "Let me just check this hair now," as Kate laughed. Adil smoothed Kate's hair back down before he calmly returned to his seat and said: "Yeah, it looks like it normally does." But Kate explained: "People are saying my hair looks sweaty and it flustered me for a moment." She then regained composure as she said: "But I'm back, with news and politics now," as they moved on with the programme.
