UPDATE: The driver who fatally ran over Gone Girl actress Lisa Banes with his electric scooter has been sentenced to one to three years in prison on Wednesday.Brian Boyd, 27, was sentenced by Judge Gregory Carro in Manhattan Supreme Court for the 2021 hit-and-run.
