A gamer has decided to sell his '24k gold Wii console' which he said was originally designed for the Queen - for an eye-watering £214,000.

Seller Donny Fillerup, 32 and who is from Utrecht in the Netherlands, bought the console back in 2017 after the company who sent it to Her Majesty, THQ, went bust.

THQ reportedly gifted the Nintendo to the Queen in 2009 so she could enjoy playing their new 'Big Family Games' with her family.

But Buckingham Palace refused the present and sent it back to the company. THQ then went bust in 2013 and the console fell into private hands before Donny managed to acquire it for an undisclosed sum in 2017. What do you think of this Nintendo?
