Gogglebox's Marina Wingrove 'too upset' to talk on Mary Cook's devastating death

Marina Wingrove has revealed she's not ready to speak about her best friend and Gogglebox co-star Mary Cook's death. It was announced on Monday 23 August that the fan-favourite passed away in hospital over the weekend at the age of 92 with her family by her side.

Mary and Marina have lived in flats next door to each other in Bedminster, Bristol, for over a decade and have been filming for the hit Channel 4 show since 2016.

Understandably, Marina is taking some time to process the loss of her friend, but paid a short tribute to her by saying her passing is "very sad".
