And while we're used to giggling along to their reaction to the weeks' TV, some of the stars have unfortunately faced some serious drama since the show's launch in 2013.The patriarch of the popular Siddiqui family, Sid, heartbreakingly admitted last year that he no longer "feels safe" under the care of the NHS.
He took to X, known at the time as Twitter, to share how he was left without a GP appointment after waiting almost two hours.
Sid wrote: "This morning I waited 1 hour 55 mins in a telephone queue at my GP surgery, only to be told there are no appointments left for the day and I should start again tomorrow at 8.
