Captain Tom Moore appeared on Good Morning Britain to thank Piers Morgan for helping him raise £1.5 million for the NHS. The 99-year-old WWII veteran has smashed his fundraising target after Piers raised awareness of his campaign and pledged £10,000 on air.

Captain Moore is walking one hundred lengths of his 25-metre length back garden before he turns 100 years old at the end of April.
