Good Morning Britain ’s Dr Hilary Jones has explained a factor that could determine the way our bodies deal with coronavirus and how severe our symptoms are.
Speaking to hosts Ben Shephard and Ranvir Singh, Hilary revealed blood type is potential factor as early research indicates those with blood type A are much more likely to suffer badly with the virus.
Forty-two percent of people have blood type A, and Hilary explained they are more likely to need the help of a ventilator or oxygen.
