Good Morning Britain host Adil Ray clashed with Rishi Sunak as they debated the outcome of the latest Budget announcement by the Chancellor.
The Tory MP was forced to defend some of his decisions which Ray said helps wealthier people across the United Kingdom. The ITV presenter quizzed Sunak on the cut in the surcharge levied on banks profits which were reduced from eight per cent to three per cent.
Ray believed this would benefit the wealthier in society and punish some of the poorer who will suffer this winter.
