Man City legend Glyn Pardoe has sadly passed away aged 73. Pardoe formed part of City's successful side of the late 60s and early 70s.

During his time at the club he helped City claim the First Division title in 1968, before FA Cup success the following season.

He also achieved success abroad, with City winning the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1970 - the same year they also collected the League Cup.

It was in that League Cup final that Pardoe grabbed the all-important winner in front of a bumper crowd of almost 100,000 at Wembley Stadium.
