Gloria Hunniford found herself rushed to hospital after falling over at her son’s house a few weeks ago. Gloria, 82, was left with severe bruising on her leg and a broken eye socket as a result of the fall, meaning the Loose Women panellist had to cancel her Jubilee plans.
She had tripped over a rug at her son’s house and landed on a hard wooden floor. A few weeks on from her horrific fall, Gloria made her Loose Women return today, Wednesday 22 June, where she discussed her accident.

there's a bone around the eye that holds the socket in place. "So, as long as the muscle holds it in place I should be ok." Things went on to take a turn for the worst for the TV presenter expressed concerns about having developed a clot in the brain.
