Her body was apparently near the water’s surface. “We are confident the body we found is that of Naya Rivera,” Ayub said, noting “there is no indication of foul play or that this was a suicide.”Rivera’s remains will be taken to the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s office to undergo an autopsy along with additional identification.The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department had been on an intense search since her 4-year-old son was discovered alone on a boat on July 8.
