Glastonbury fans have been reacting to news that Russell Crowe will be performing at this year’s festival.Crowe announced the news himself online today (April 12).
Sharing a poster of his act ‘Russell Crowe’s Garden Part’ on X/Twitter that said “we’re playing Glastonbury,” Crowe tweeted: “For those of you watching and waiting for tour dates, we will be adding more soon.
In the meantime there’s this…”It comes as Glastonbury is now starting to announce individual stage line-ups with the acoustic stage that Crowe is playing today being the first.
The official 2024 line-up for Glastonbury was shared last month – with Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA set to headline the iconic Pyramid Stage this summer, while Shania Twain will perform in the legends slot on the Sunday.The line-ups for the remainder of the stages around the festival site are set to be announced in the run-up to this year’s event – including many new names added to the bill.
