Flip Out near Glasgow could be closed for a week amid an ongoing police investigation into the tragic death of a 10-year-old boy.Emergency services raced to the trampoline park on Southcroft Road in Rutherglen after reports of an incident just before 11am on Sunday.
Ambulance crews attended and the young boy was rushed to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow for treatment, however, he was pronounced dead.
The team at Flip Out shared a statement on Monday saying that were "profoundly saddened" by the incident. Police Scotland confirmed that there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death, however their investigation remain ongoing.
The Health and Safety Executive have been informed and the trampoline park says it will "fully cooperate" with the police in their investigation.
