Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. For her first leading role in the 1997 Selena biopic of the same name, Lopez received a Golden Globe nomination and became the first Latin actress to earn over US$1 million for a film. She went on to star in Anaconda (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), later establishing herself as the highest-paid Latin actress in Hollywood.

Scottish drink fans are going crazy for a gin and tonic ice lolly recipe posted by one of the country's best gin bars that's perfect for the warm weather.

Gin 71, which has two exciting venues in Glasgow's city centre, regularly post a range of fun drinks recipes on their social media including cocktails, sorbets and liqueurs.

Ingredients for Scottish Gin and Tonic Ice Lollies: Your favourite Scottish gin - we recommend something light and refreshing with a zesty flavour profile.Tonic water (allowed to go flat)Juice of two limesHalf a cucumber thinly sliced (or any other fruit garnish of your choice)Ice lolly moulds (can be easily bought online) How to make them: First, allow your tonic to go flat, then mix two parts gin to eight parts tonic with the lime juice.Pop in a few slices of the cucumber (or other fruit) then share between the moulds.Freeze for at least six hours (or preferably overnight) and enjoy!
