Stars of the revived BBC gameshow Gladiators painted the town red on Saturday evening, 17 February, as Dynamite turned 21. Their big Manchester night out was captured on Sabre's (real name Sheli McCoy) Instagram, showing her followers what the likes of Dynamite (Emily Steel), Diamond (Livi Sheldon), Fire (Montell Douglas) and Viper (Quang Luong) each looked like in the real world and out of their athletic lycra. "They know how to throw a party in Manchester!

Happy birthday my little fav @emillysteel. Not Quan "almost smiling" on the last picture though …. (Swipe right) #PartyNights #Manchester #family #Happy21stEms," read the gallery's caption.

The TV star, who go up against members of the public in strength and speed challenges in front of presenting father-and-son duo Bradley and Barney Walsh, looked completely unrecognisable as they stepped out into the lively city, where they visited the elegant 19th century establishment Malmaison.

Sheli opted for a figure-hugging white midi-dress, while the birthday girl caught the eye with her sparkly cream number. Livi's floor-length strapless gown was complete with a slit up her left leg, while Montell's fabulous figure was complemented in white with cut-out waist.
