Gisele Bundchen is celebrating Tom Brady‘s son Jack‘s birthday! On Tuesday (August 22), the 43-year-old supermodel took to Instagram to share some cute photos with Jack along with a heartfelt message in honor of his 16th birthday. Keep reading to find out more… :Happy birthday Jack!

I can’t believe that you are turning 16! I remember when you were just a little peanut and now you are towering over me,” Gisele wrote.

She continued, “I am so lucky to have you in my life and I will always be here for you no matter what! Love you so much!❤️” Along with the message, Gisele shared a throwback photo of herself holding Jack as a toddler as well as more recent photo of the two of them standing back to back.

She also shared a photo of Jack with her and Tom‘s, 46, two kids – son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10.
