According to the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office, 12-year-old Miranda Sipps died on Monday night at Methodist Hospital in the small town of Atascosa, which is southwest of San Antonio.
She was a cheerleader at local Jourdanton Junior High School, and had been set to turn 13 later this month.
