Girl and boy, both 14, die after car being driven by 13-year-old crashes into a tree

A young girl and boy, named locally as Kirsty Bohan, 14, and Lukas Joyce, 14, died after the vehicle struck a tree outside Headford, Co Galway, before 6am on Bank Holiday Monday morning.
Lukas, understood to have been the front-seat passenger in the car, is believed to have been instantly killed in the crash, reports DublinLive.
Kirsty, who was sat in the backseat, was rushed to hospital and was later sadly declared dead. Another teenage girl who was also sat in a back passenger seat was transferred to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin with serious injuries.
