Bye", before she took her own life, police said. She disappeared on Monday in Baraboo, Wisconsin, which prompted officers to issue an amber alert after her family told them about the note.
A large search for the girl was launched, including a national guard helicopter. Her body was found 19 hours later in a corn field less than a mile away from her home.
