Giovanni Pernice has broken his silence following news that he won't be part of the professional line-up for this year's Strictly Come Dancing.
It comes after the dancer, 33, is undergoing a BBC investigation following claims of "abusive or threatening behaviour" towards his celebrity partners during the show.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, 15 June, Giovanni wrote a lengthy statement and said he looks forward to "establishing the truth".
He said: "To my fans and followers, Every week, there are totally untrue stories about me in the media. "As you know, I have always rejected any suggestion of abusive or threatening behaviour.The latest accusations are simply false. "I am cooperating fully with the ongoing BBC investigation, which will determine the truth.
