Gino D'Acampo prohibits iconic Christmas dinner staple as 'no one likes it' but favours 'spicy Brussels sprouts'

Gino D'Acampo has snubbed one British festive staple from his dinner table this Christmas. The TV celeb revealed he splits his time between his gorgeous Hertfordshire home and Sardinia, where Gino spends his Christmas in Italy, reports the Mirror.Gino insists Christmas is one of her 'favourite' times of the year, despite ditching traditions when he celebrates with his wife Jessica and their three children Luciano, 21, Rocco, 18, and Mia, nine.He revealed: "Everyone is in charge of one dish that makes up the whole Christmas meal – so no pressure."The 47-year-old makes use of his talents, putting on a spread for his loved ones during the festive period, but one iconic Christmas addition won't be seen anywhere near his home.

Banning a turkey from his table, Gino told Best Magazine: "Nobody likes it. Christmas is the best day of the year and you do the s***test meal of the year."He added: "The last couple of years, we've had fresh fish and seafood around Christmas time – which I know may be strange to some.
