Gordon Ramsay's production company has released a statement on the allegations of "inappropriate behaviour" made against celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo.The TV chef has been accused of "sexually inappropriate behaviour" over a timespan of more than 12 years.
ITV News reported on Thursday that dozens of people claimed D'Acampo made inappropriate comments, caused discomfort, and uttered sexually suggestive remarks while working with them.
He has denied all of these claims, reports The Mirror.Before these allegations made headlines, the 48-year-old TV chef was known for his travel series with Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix.
Studio Ramsay, which produced Gino's Italian Family Adventure and co-produced Gordon, Gino and Fred's Road Trip in 2018, has since issued a statement: "Studio Ramsay have not worked on a series with Gino D'Acampo since 2022."We take all allegations of inappropriate behaviour and workplace misconduct seriously, promptly investigate, and take appropriate remedial action when warranted."The ITV show Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip ended in March 2023 after Gino declared he wouldn't be returning to the series, which caused speculation of a divide among the renowned trio.
