Nielsen‘s Top 10 streaming list was a sea of acquired content the week of July 22, with House of the Dragon and Cobra Kai as the only two streaming originals to break through.
In first place was Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, which landed on Netflix that week, marking its first appearance on streaming since its theatrical release in March.
The film racked up 1.4B minutes viewed, and Nielsen says that the title over-indexed among Hispanic and Latin audiences, which accounted for 24% of all viewership.
There may come a time when an animated Blue Heeler isn’t dominating Disney+, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Bluey took second place on the list during this interval with 1.1B viewing minutes.
