Raging Gerwyn Price hit out on social media following a large-scale brawl that erupted among fans during the Premier League Darts event on Thursday night.
Despite achieving a nine-darter, the Welsh darts star was dismayed as the fight in the crowd overshadowed the event, prompting him to demand changes.
While Price commended most of the spectators for their behaviour, he felt his final against Luke Littler was "spoilt before a dart was even thrown" due to beverages being thrown around the venue and videos of altercations among the fans spreading online.
Littler secured his second consecutive Premier League victory, adding to his initial win in Belfast by defeating Price 6-3 in what was effectively his 'home' arena. The young talent surged ahead with a 3-0 lead and clinched the win to the delight of the Manchester crowd, ascending to the top of the leaderboard.
