The Gersh Agency has completed a leadership restructuring, revealing Tuesday that Leslie Siebert has been promoted to sole president, becoming the first woman to lead a major talent agency. Alex Yarosh, Nick Collins, Rhonda Price, Bill Gersh and Steve Gersh have been named managing partners, with 12 agents elevated to senior partner status.
The moves, which were set in motion at the end of last year, come a year and a half after previously family-owned Gersh sold a 45% stake to private equity firm Crestview Partners, with then-Senior Managing Partner Siebert promoted to co-President alongside longtime co-Presidents Bob Gersh and David Gersh.
The brothers, whose father Phil Gersh founded the agency in 1949, will segue to new roles as co-Chairmen. They will remain engaged in the leadership of the company as Siebert takes oversight of day-to-day operations.
The duo also will continue to represent their full roster of clients with their positions on the agency’s board of directors unchanged.
