Katcy Stephan Doug Fronk has joined the television literary department at Gersh as an agent and senior vice president. Fronk spent the last three years at A3 Artists Agency as a partner and head of television literary.
Before that, he spent 19 years at Paradigm, where he worked his way up to become co-head of the television literary department.
Over the course of his career, Fronk has packaged numerous shows, including last year’s “The Company You Keep.” He continues to represent many of the industry’s top executive producers, including Scott Prendergast (“So Help Me Todd”), Julia Cohen (“The Company You Keep”), Jennifer Corbett (“Star Wars: The Bad Batch”), Dan O’Keefe (“Silicon Valley,” “Veep”), Kim Rome (“The Equalizer”), Jerome Schwartz (“La Brea”) and Andi Buschell (“The Lincoln Lawyer”), among others.
Fronk’s clients will now join Gersh’s roster of TV literary clients. The hire comes as Gersh continues to expand, following an equity investment by Crestview Partners in 2023.
