The couple revealed in April last year that while they were expecting twins only their daughter Bella Esmerelda survived. According to the outlet she says: 'I was very afraid at each ultrasound [before the birth of her twins] I felt very tense because I'd had three previous miscarriages and I came home in pieces. 'She will also reportedly reveal that she didn't immediately tell her other children that son Angel didn't survive and told them he would be born later than his sister. 'As I still had a belly, I told them that Angel was still going to wait a bit to be born. 'Until [Cristiano] told them that Angel was in Heaven.
That was a dose of reality. 'Georgina shares daughter Alana, three, with Ronaldo, while the Manchester United star also has son Cristiano Jr, 11, and twins Eva and Mateo, four.
Georgina will open up on her agony of the loss in the new series due to premiere around the world on March 24.
