Mary Fitzgerald is opening up about a heartbreaking time in her life. The Selling Sunset star took to Instagram on Friday to share with her fans that she and her husband, Romain Bonnet, got pregnant while they were on vacation in Bali.
However, Mary said she sadly suffered a miscarriage with complications that required surgery afterward. Symptoms can include fever, chills, and tenderness in the lower abdomen, and surgery is required to remove the cause of the infection.
The 42-year-old real estate agent continued: Tearing up, Mary, who has a 26-year-old son named Austin Babbitt, expressed that she and Romain are remaining positive that they’ll expand their family one day: In the caption, the Netflix reality star said she hoped that by sharing her story, it would help others going through the same experience feel less alone, writing: So, so sad.
