The 39-year-old star has already been grilled by 55-year-old Piers for an upcoming episode of his hit talk show – with the episode recorded in an ITV studio on Friday.
Gemma – who is said to have earned a personal fortune of £2.7 million since finding fame on The Only Way Is Essex in 2011 – is expected to reveal all about her break up with James Argent.
The pair split in July amid allegations that 32-year-old Arg had demanded they open up their romance – and claims he had sent abusive messages to Gemma when she refused his suggestion.
