Gemma Collins steps in to help Arg with weight loss after he spoils her on 40th birthday

Gemma Collins has stepped in to offer support to her ex James Argent, after he went public with his fears for his health. The move came after the former Towie star was spoiled with a huge balloon display by her longtime on/off boyfriend, to celebrate her 40th birthday on Sunday.

During her lockdown celebrations, Gemma publicly thanked Arg for the extravagant gift on her Instagram, writing: "Thank you Arg for the lovely balloons".

Now Gemma is in turn reaching out to the 33-year-old, offering support following his admission last week that he now weighs 26stone and has an eating disorder.
