Gemma Clare Collins (born 31 January 1981) is an English television personality and businesswoman. In 2011, she began appearing on the ITVBe reality series The Only Way Is Essex, and following further appearances on television, she became a contestant on the seventeenth series of Celebrity Big Brother and the eleventh series of Dancing on Ice.
In August 2019, she began starring in her own reality series, Gemma Collins: Diva Forever.

And today she took to her Story to highlight the full dedication that her health kick requires - tucking into a measly lunch of salmon and five slices of cucumber.
Gemma added that she is also able to include some Philadelphia cheese spread and spinach - which she was incredibly excited for.
