Gemma Collins invests in £200 fitness ring loved by Gwyneth Paltrow and Orlando Bloom

Gemma Collins is on a health kick, and she's trying a pricey product beloved by A-listers to boost her fitness levels. The former TOWIE star, 40, has revealed that she is using a £200 fitness ring that lists Gwyneth Paltrow and Orlando Bloom amongst its fans.

The Oura Ring, which is sold by Gwyneth's lifestyle brand Goop, monitors activity and sleep, counts steps taken during the day and calories a user consumes.

It also monitors a user's heartrate and respiratory rate, temperature and sleep quality. Speaking on her BBC Sounds podcast, Gemma admitted she is a big fan of the product.
