Gemma Collins is praying for her dad's speedy recovery after he was rushed into hospital with coronavirus. The former TOWIE star, 39, urged her followers to take notice of the new restrictions that were put into place on Saturday - with London and most of Essex being plunged into Tier 4 - after both her parents tested positive for the illness.

She is patiently waiting for her poorly father to get better after he told her he'd "rather be dead" than experience the virus.

And the reality TV personality has shared her prayers on Instagram while thanking NHS staff who are working tirelessly at Queen's Hospital to care for her father.
