Gemma Collins was spotted looking very happy while carrying her sleeping stepson earlier this week.The former The Only Way Is Essex and Celebrity Big Brother star, 41, is currently engaged to her fiancé Rami Hawash, who has son Tristan from a previous relationship.The couple first began dating 2011 and have been off-and-on again.

However, they reconciled last year in 2021. And arriving at Novikov restaurant in Mayfair for Tristan's birthday, Gemma looked over the moon to be celebrating her stepson's big day and was spotted carrying him into the restaurant.
