Gemma Collins gushed over her three year old stepson Tristan in a new adorable snap on Saturday night.Taking to Instagram, the former TOWIE star, 40, share a rare glimpse into her family life with partner Rami Hawash as she sweetly said being a stepmother is "so rewarding".
