Gemma Collins has confessed she "felt sick" after shelling a whopping £1,450 on a gold covered steak.The GC, 40, paid a visit to Nusr-Et Steakhouse in Knightsbridge, London with her boyfriend Rami Hawash last month.

Although the Diva Forever star isn't shy of splashing the cash in designer items and expensive dinners out – the star recently spent £45k on a Land Rover – even she admitted the bill made her eyes water when it came to the end of the meal.

Gemma spent £1,450 on Instagram chef Salt Bae's signature Golden Giant Tomahawk – a cut of steak coated in 24 carat gold leaf – which was even cut out by the restauranteur himself Nusret Gökçe.
