Reality television has brought us many iconic moments, but according to new research it has also left 50% of us cringing. Love Island took the crown of the most cringe show, but actually isn't that what makes it so good?

The show is the perfect blend of funny, sexy and cringe that keeps us tuning in every night. We're already loving the drama that Casa Amor has brought, such as Liam kissing four of the bombshells in a game of dares.

Despite the ITV dating show being voted the most cringe show in a survey of 2000 adults, no standout moment made it to the top 10.
