Gemma Collins has shared that she's shed an additional two stone thanks to weight loss injections.The 44 year old recently confessed that after years of trying various diets, the jabs are the only thing that have truly worked for her.The former TOWIE star took to Instagram to confidently shows off her slimmed-down figure and made a promise to herself to go from a size 20 to a size 16 before summer ends.

She passionately stated: "I will finally be free. I will finally be able to live my best life and just be free from all that upset and stress and turmoil that comes with constantly trying to lose excess weight." Looking fabulous in form-fitting black leggings and a matching top, Gemma, also known as the GC, said she "felt like a million dollars".

She announced she was "back and ready for action" and said she was wearing compression garments that "make you feel super snatched".

Having tried "every diet her whole life", Gemma revealed she'd decided to start taking weight loss medication with the hope of fulfilling her dream of becoming a mother.
